Fatimah, the Prophet's youngest and most beloved daughter, married Ali ibn Abi Talib. She was mother to Hasan, Husayn, Zaynab and Umm Kulthum. Shia sources describe her elevated station and infallibility as one of the Ahl al-Kisa, her devotion to prayer, and her role defending the rights of Ahl al-Bayt after the Prophet's passing.
